Refunds can be requested only for damaged items 48hours after the delivery, along with a report, a photo of the item and the packaging with the labels.

For a more sustainable production process I make small batches of ceramics each time or I make pieces to order. The handling timeframe is from 2 to 6 weeks for made-to-order pieces. For orders in Greece and Europe, shipping is estimated between 5-20 days.

For international orders each country´s postal and custom service have the right to keep a parcel for up to 45 days. Once arriving at the customs it´s the customer´s responsibility to contact with the post and custom office of his country and we have no autority over the package.

Each item is carefully wrapped in newspaper and protected by recycled bubble wrap and other reused/recycled/recyclable materials. Please REUSE the packaging materials as much as possible to REDUCE your footpring and then RECYCLE!

Shipping price is calculated by the weight of the package, you can have an estimation of the shipping price once you add items in your CART and select the country of delivery.

For orders within Athens please note the pickup point is 5min. from Sygrou-Fix metro station. The adress and the pickup date will be scheduled after communcation.
